I am naturally consultative and a true problem solver who thrives in forward-thinking organizations that are filled with 'ideas' people. As someone who is often seen as the 'Jane of all trades' in the room, I enjoy work that offers variety. I am best suited to roles that offer a blend of ideation, strategy, content curation, cross-functional collaboration, mentorship, and beyond.
That said, I also thrive knowing that I am contributing toward a bigger purpose that serves my global community. Along the way, I strive to bring forth creativity, positivity, drive, and a client-centered focus into my work

Those who wander... may be lost
Salespeople aren't the only ones who can land and expand. In a mid-sized organization, it's easy to jog toward content goals without a documented marketing content strategy. When I landed on my team at Plus Relocation, I was tasked with partnering with our writing team to expand our writing program so that we could sprint toward our bold team goals.
We crafted a measurable content strategy that centered around expanding upon current content through a pillar approach. We restructured the editorial calendar, adopted new technologies to more efficiently track projects, and expanded our internal education program to ensure our work remained leading-edge and competitive in
the marketplace.

Pay it forward
With organizational growth comes team expansion. With our team expansion at Plus Relocation came a junior writer with limited writing, industry, and professional expertise. We needed an onboarding program that could effectively, swiftly, and holistically bring them up to speed in their role.
I developed a training program to acclimate green writers to marketing and business development strategies and best practices, as well as relocation management industry insights.
In addition to my proposal and copywriting efforts––I served as a mentor, writing coach, copyeditor, and project manager for junior writers.
