I've had the pleasure of partnering with Mandi on a handful of projects at ServiceTitan. There are two things you should know about her:
1. She's all in. There's no such thing as "partially engaged Mandi." When she's engaged with a project, her dedication and focus are resolute. She takes enormous pride in doing a job thoroughly and properly. That's "all-in Mandi," and it's a sight to behold.
2. She's very smart. Not in a look-how-many-thing-I-know way (although she does know a lot of things), but rather in the care and reasoning with which she approaches big problems. She asks the right questions and draws sound conclusions. She's intellectually honest. And this makes her a fantastic colleague.
Mandi is an extremely collaborative and inclusive partner. Her energy is contagious and makes partnering with her a joy. She is passionate and energetic and shows up prepared, ready to share ideas, and take action. In addition to her work ethic and can-do attitude, she is committed to making a positive impact. These characteristics make her an invaluable member of any team.

I was lucky enough to have Mandi on my team at ServiceTitan, and can't say enough positive things about her. What I find so impressive is her combination of intellectual curiosity, the way that she's drawn to new challenges and figuring out how to solve them, and her ability to work well with others to actually get that work done.
The reason that combination is so valuable is that it means that she’s never content with a "this is how it’s always been done” approach, and instead is always looking for ways that things could be done better or more efficiently. It also means that she has the ability to work within a wide array of roles or situations, and quickly perform at a high level.

When Mandi and I first worked together, our company lacked any sort of marketplace brand recognition, so we constantly were scratching and clawing, fighting to get a seat at any table.
